Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations should be done 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to 1 day’s retention charges. All No shows will also attract 1 day’s retention charges. A non-refundable reservation fee is billed to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation or bill will be sent to the company in case of NO card details.
