
Cancellation Policy
We advise you to read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation and to contact us if you have any questions or doubts.
If you cancel or modify your reservation within 7 days of your check-in date, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your reservation, as a cancellation or modification fee. No refund or credit will be given for any cancellation or modification made within 7 days of your check-in date. 50% of the total tariff will be deducted if you cancel or postpone between 7 to 14 days of your arrival date.
If you do not show up for your reservation or check out early, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your reservation, as a no-show or early departure fee. No refund or credit will be given for any no-show or early departure.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations, that prevent you from traveling or staying at the resort, we will try our best to accommodate your request for cancellation or modification, subject to availability and discretion. We may offer you a full or partial refund, a credit voucher, or a rescheduling option, depending on the situation and the policies of the resort.
